Pronouns: They/Them
No one person can be reduced to a sole aspect of themselves. We contain multitudes and are complex beings living in a messy, often unhealthy, and difficult-to-navigate society. If you are feeling overwhelmed or out of place, there is nothing wrong with you. You are not alone. I see you.
I use a holistic and relational approach that centers compassion and collaboration; and combines evidence-based clinical theories, somatic (mind-body) principles, and social justice perspectives. This trauma-responsive framework centers safety and anti-oppression and allows space to explore identity, change, and healing within affirming practice. It is always an honor to witness the process of growth alongside my clients.
I have a wide range of lived experience and professional experience with chronic illness, disability justice, complex trauma, LGBTQIA+ clients, youth and adolescents, gender identity and transition, sex and kink, blended families, and neurodivergence.
I also integrate art, movement, and somatic practices, including bio-feedback and neuroaffective touch, into my work and provide accessible and affirming Autism and ADHD assessments and accommodation support.
I joined Lamppost Wellness in October 2022.
