Erin Conley, MA, LCPC
Associate Therapist
Pronouns: She/her
I approach therapy with warmth, compassion, and a deep reverence for my clients. I am guided by a strong belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the effectiveness of collaboration, and I use an eclectic blend of several different approaches. You are the expert on your own life. I honor being able to walk alongside you as you navigate the challenging and beautiful terrain of life and find some healing along the way.
I have a strong background in providing therapy in nonprofit settings, but I also have experience working in a group practice environment. I feel comfortable working with clients who are seeking help for stress, anxiety, depression, loss, and/or trauma. I have extensive experience working with relational, systemic, intergenerational, and complex trauma.
Although my former clients have held many different identities and come from many different backgrounds, I have worked with many people who identify as LGBTQIA+, who are living with chronic health conditions, and/or who have experienced systemic and/or interpersonal harm. In the wise words of Audre Lorde, “Pain is important: how we evade it, how we succumb to it, how we deal with it, and how we transcend it…” However pain or distress have found you, I hope to help you find relief through creativity, compassion, humor, and appreciation for your unique humanity.
I joined Lamppost Wellness in July 2024.
