Dealing with your “stuff” can leave you feeling exhausted, unseen, and burdened with the weight of the world all alone. Believe me, I get it. I invite you to put that weight down and allow me to see all of who you are, including the things other people don’t see. You shouldn’t feel alone in this.
So, if you are experiencing life transitions, interpersonal/relational issues, couples’ conflict, stress, anxiety, depression, or complex and multigenerational trauma, please reach out as these are issues that I’m adept at understanding. I can help you carry the burden.
If you are going through a shift in life, I’m here to listen and support you as you navigate the choppy waters of change. I aim to foster a safe space where all clients, especially people of color, can be fully themselves without judgment or shame. I enjoy a little sparring in the name of healing, so I’m happy to work with couples who are struggling as well.
When you’re not feeling seen or understood, I’m here for you. I consider myself to be warm and compassionate, yet direct and I would love to help you find yourself again by exploring your experiences and identities. Allow me to carry some of the weight of the world along with you; life is easier when you have support.
I joined Lamppost Wellness in May of 2022.
