A process group and therapeutic space for postpartum people.

This group will weave narrative processing, peer support, expressive arts, and somatic techniques into the postpartum experience.

• Meets weekly on Thursdays from 10 am to 11:30 am

• In-person @ Lamppost Wellness (990 Grove St. #501 Evanston, IL 60202)

• Non-mobile babes are welcome to join their parent/caregiver

• BCBS PPO, Aetna PPO, self-pay, and sliding scale

• Intake required
